All our medical-grade items are produced in an FDA-registered, ISO 13485-certified facility to ensure safety, quality, and peace of mind for every parent.

shipping & ordering

All orders $50 and above qualify for free delivery in Singapore.

Dear Cherie ships to any street address in Singapore, excluding restricted areas. We ship our orders through a 3rd party delivery company. For orders under $50, delivery will be charged at $4 per order.

If you would like to add items to your current unshipped order, please kindly contact us.

In-stock items will be delivered via courier within 3-5 working days from placing an order.

If you require your in-stock product urgently, self collection is available from 1092 Lower Delta Road #02-01/02 Singapore 169203. Kindly contact us with your order number before picking your order up so we can advise on our opening hours.

If you would like to arrange a Grab or Lalamove pick-up, kindly contact us with your order number before arranging a pick-up.

We’re not shipping outside of Singapore just yet — but we’re working on making it happen soon!
